Food Jasoos — Android support
Email hello@pocket-fund.com. Include your phone model, Android version, app version and the steps that led to a problem. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Reading a label
Use Scan to photograph a food pack, choose a label photo or paste label text. Include the front, ingredients and nutrition panel. English and Hindi recognition runs on the phone. Online assessment sends text first; sending photos for a closer AI reading requires a separate confirmation.
Directory and shopping
Discover contains attributed food records. They are source declarations, not laboratory measurements or a guarantee about a current pack. List stores your shopping items and entered prices. Register opens saved assessment cases. Local records work offline; online assessments and public barcode lookup need internet access.
Privacy and deletion
Method, privacy and language is available from the question-mark button. It includes local deletion controls. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local records. Shared copies are controlled by their recipient.
Important limits
OCR and AI readings may be wrong. Verify important label details yourself. The app is independent of FSSAI and does not certify food safety or legal compliance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
